This policy covers the pre-payments (deposits) and service fees made via iyzico or other payment channels for aesthetic surgery, consultation, and health tourism services provided by Op. Dr. Mustafa Karaca Clinic.

1. Scope of Service
No physical product sales are made through our website. The payments received are for reserving the planned surgery day, arranging hospital organization, transfers, and, if necessary, accommodation preparations.

2. Cancellation Conditions
The patient must submit their cancellation request in writing at least 30 days before the planned surgery date. In the event of a sudden health problem that prevents the patient from undergoing surgery, proven by a medical report, the surgery date may be postponed or canceled. The clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone the operation due to medical necessities or force majeure.

3. Refund Conditions and Deductions
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the surgery date, the entire remaining amount is refunded after transaction commissions are deducted. For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the surgery date, 50% of the pre-payment amount is deducted due to organizational costs, and the remaining amount is refunded. For cancellations made less than 15 days before the surgery date, the pre-payment (deposit) is non-refundable. For operations canceled by our clinic (excluding force majeure), the entire amount paid will be refunded.

4. Refund Process
Approved refund transactions are initiated via the iyzico infrastructure where the payment was made. It may take 3 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card or bank account, depending on your bank's processes.
